Neighborhood clothing was founded in the Harajuku district of Tokyo in 1994, dreamt up by a young motorcycle enthusiast called Shinsuke Takizawa. Inspired by the growing motorcycle subculture in Japan, Shinsuke set out to fuse expert apparel with high-fashion design.

The “.S Dad Cap” is constructed with treated fabric which gives the hat a premium quality feel. Neighborhood have also made use of reflective piping that sits on the left corner of the visor. The Oval patch is embroidered on the front with a frayed lining that contrasts the high quality finish of the cap.
